KYCs
The KYCs menu allows you view the list of KYCs in your account. KYC listings are basically set of documents and information that your business collect from your customers to verify their identity.
The KYCs are divided into two
- System KYCs and
- Custom KYCs
System KYCs: These KYCs are implemented to comply with regulatory requirements related to customer identification and due diligence. These regulations are put in place by government authorities. These set of KYCs are automatically generated by the system once your account is set up. To view the system KYCs follow these processes:

Login to your dashboard

Select the KYCs menu. The screen below will be displayed.
Custom KYCs: Different businesses face different challenges and operate under various regulatory environments. Implementing a customized KYC process helps your business strike a balance between meeting regulatory obligations, protecting against financial crimes, and providing a positive customer experience.
Custom KYC is tailored or customized to meet the specific needs and requirements of your business. To view your custom KYCs, follow the steps below:

On the dashboard, click the KYCs' menu.

On the KYCs' window, select the custom KYCs tab.

To add add a custom KYC, follow the steps below:

On the dashboard, click the KYCs' menu.

On the KYCs' window, select the custom KYC tab.

Click the "Add KYC" button

Enter the title of the KYC.

Enter the service name.

Enter field name.

Select the input type and click the "Add Field" button. You can add multiple fields using the "Add Field" button.

Click the "Submit" button to complete the process.
