Transaction History

This feature shows the records of all financial transactions or activities conducted by a customer within a specific period. This record provides a detailed account of monetary transactions, including inflows and outflows of funds, and shows a comprehensive ledger of financial activities. To view your transaction history, click the transaction history link to display the records. The screen below will be displayed:

The key features of the transaction history include:

  • Transaction Details
  • Transaction logs
  • Request Refunds

To view these features, click a particular transaction from the transaction list to display a window with three tabs for transaction details, transaction logs, and request refunds.

  1. Transaction Details: The purpose of the transaction details is to provide a comprehensive and accurate record of the exchange, enabling parties involved and relevant information to track, verify, and manage the transaction effectively.

  2. Transaction Logs: The transaction logs capture details of financial transactions, including purchases, sales, transfers, and other monetary activities. These logs are vital for auditing purposes, compliance with regulations, and tracking the flow of funds. To view the transaction log, click the transaction logs tab to display the screen below.

  3. Request Refunds: The request refund tab allow a customer to ask for a return of funds typically due to dissatisfaction with the service, a defect, or some other valid reason which is governed by terms and conditions. To request a refund, simply do the following:

  1. Select the request refund tab.

  2. Enter your reasons for the request.

  3. click the "Submit refund request" button.

  4. Confirm The request by clicking the "Yes" button to complete the process.
