Refunds

The refunds menu displays records of reimbursement or repayment of funds to customers who have previously made a payment for services. Refunds are typically granted in response to customer dissatisfaction, product defects, or other valid reasons outlined in refund policy.

To view the list of all refunds, click the refunds menu and the screen below will be displayed.

Click a record to view the details and status of the transaction.
