Transactions

This section maintains records of transactions for both the merchant and the customer. It keeps track of transaction history, Refunds, Settlements and Disputes.

Transaction History

Transaction history displays the records of all financial transactions or activities conducted by a customer within a specific period. This record provides a detailed account of monetary transactions, including inflows and outflows of funds, and shows a comprehensive ledger of financial activities. To view your transaction history, click the transaction history link to display the records. The screen below will be displayed:

Click a transaction from the transaction list to display the transaction details, transaction logs, and to request refunds.

Transaction Details:

Transaction details displays a comprehensive and accurate record of the exchange and relevant information, enabling parties involved to track, verify, and manage the transaction effectively.

Transaction Logs:

The transaction logs capture details of financial transactions, including purchases, sales, transfers, and other monetary activities. These logs are vital for auditing purposes, compliance with regulations, and tracking the flow of funds. To view the transaction log, click the transaction logs tab to display the screen below.

Request Refunds:

The request refund tab allow a customer to ask for a return of funds typically due to dissatisfaction with the service, a defect, or some other valid reason which is governed by terms and conditions. To request a refund, simply do the following:

  1. Select the request refund tab.
  2. Enter your reasons for the request.
  3. Click the "Submit refund request" button.
  1. Confirm The request by clicking the "Yes" button to complete the process.
